California Zephyr - Part 7 - Colorado Still

The next part of my trip was from Fraser to Denver. It was still pretty beautiful as we were still in the mountains but the Continental Divide was a while ago so we were going downhill.

This might be the Platte River. At least I think it is the Platte River which if it is then it's pretty cool. The Platte River featured fairly prominently in the James Michener novel "Centennial".
