These are just some shots from the mountains around Boulder.
I don't remember exactly where this river was, but I kind of liked the look of it.
Another set of mountains. I wasn't really paying attention to where these were though.
One thing I like about the mountains in Colorado is that there is a nice variation.
I kind of liked how the rocks were placed on this. I have to believe someone did it.
That rock pile is called a cairn, I believe. They're used to mark trails out west when it isn't practical to put down mulch, asphalt, or other trail-paving materials. In temperate zones, spray-paint on trees serves the same purpose.
