USCGS McLane

At the same place as the Silversides is the Coast Guard Cutter McLane.She was constructed in 1927 and was used as "Rum Chaser" during the prohibition era. She is 125 feet long and is referred to as a buck and a quarter ship.
During World War II, she served in Alaska as a patrol craft and is credited with sinking a Japanese submarine.
This is the helm.
And the depth charge racks. In 1993, she was acquired by the Muskegon Museum.
