D'Oh

I decided to park at the parking structure because I didn't feel like dealing with the snow banks on the side of the street for street parking.  As I was driving up the ramp, I was greeted by a different sight.

I don't think I've ever seen a car with a boot on it.  Well, there was an episode of the Simpsons but never in person.  I guess they take parking in Ann Arbor seriously.
