Michigan Exposures: Catching a Piper Cherokee

As I was waiting for my ship, this guy flew over.

I think it is a Piper Cherokee.

It was heading to Detroit City Airport which is now named Coleman A. Young Airport.

Mikoyan: I was born in Bay City, Michigan and for the most part I was raised there. My dad was in the Navy, so I spent my first 5 years in Hawaii, Texas and California.
