Why Stop at the Fuel Dock, When You Can Bring the Fuel Dock to You?

 Another vessel caught my eye after catching the Iver Bright.

I looked and I saw that the William Hoey was heading upbound.

I realized she was going to fuel the Bluebill.

I guess you don't need to stop at the fuel dock when you can bring the fuel dock to you.
