And the Viking Polaris

As I got to Belle Isle, I saw a ship that was coming down.  I barely caught her but I'm glad that I did.

The ship in question was the Viking Polaris and she is a cruise ship.  And I'll have to say a pretty nice looking ship at that.
She looks bigger than some of the other cruise ships I've seen on the Great Lakes.
She can carry 378 passengers and is designed to fit through the Welland Canal.
I went to the other side of the island because I saw that she was pulling into Detroit.  I wanted a bow shot.
And then I got one with the Renaissance Center.
I figured she would be pulling into the Detroit Terminal, I so I headed to a spot where I could get a picture of her.  This picture turned out alot better than I thought it would.  She looks even better from the front.
