The BBC Ems

My last ship of the day was the BBC Ems.  This is another ship that is making her debut on this blog but I don't have alot of information about her.

She is owned by a company out of Germany and was built in 2006.

She is 469 feet long and can carry a little over 17,000 tons of cargo.

Here she is almost straight in front of me.  I didn't notice yesterday but the Detroit River has it's normal blue view.

I seriously hope I have a couple more chances for boatwatching as the season is getting closer to being over.
