The Honorable James L. Oberstar

Next up was the Honorable James L. Oberstar. She has appeared on this blog before, so I'm not going to go in to much detail about her on this post. The only difference is that she is now the Oberstar again.

This is a shot as she is coming down the river. The ship to the right is the James L. Pierson. Behind them is Belle Isle.

I think I really like this shot. I think I nailed it on the lighting.
