The Tug Champion

As I got to McGulpin point, I saw that there was a tug nearby.

 The tug is the Champion and it is owned by Durocher Marine out of Cheboygan, Michigan.  She was built in Louisiana in 1974.

I think she was helping with dredging, but I'm not sure.
