This is another ship that was parked by Belanger Park.
I thought she was waiting for a spot at the grain docks but it turns out she was heading somewhere else.
She was headed from Port Colborne but that doesn't necessarily mean that is where she started. She ended up docking on the Rouge River. I'm not sure what she was delivering.
