The Presque Isle

I was waffling about whether I wanted to stick around for the next ship or not.  The fact that she's a 1000 footer and from my favorite fleet helped to sway my decision.
Here she is trying to remain hidden as long as possible so that she can't be avoided.
She is not a new visitor to this blog though as she has appeared a few times in the past.
Even though she's a tug/barge, I think she's a pretty cool looking ship.  Definately one of the more unique looking of the 1000 footers.
Here is her full 1000 feet in all it's glory.
 A shot of her pilothouse/tug.
And the part that was made at Defoe Shipyards.
The almost shot of her full 1,000 feet.  If you didn't know better, you would say she's a proper ship.
A shot of her pilothouse and crane.
And the straight out shot of her.  Sadly, she was too long to get a shot without other things in the picture.
A shot of the tug.
And her pilothouse.
This is probably the only place where you can tell that she is a tug/barge combo.
And one last shot before she heads off to wherever she's going.
