I will admit that I have been spoiled by living in Ypsilanti. There are not too many people that can say they hear the rumble of a B-17 on a regular basis. Although, I haven't heard the Yankee Lady as much lately. I think they are still having issues getting a hangar for her at Willow Run. Eventually, I will hear her engines again.

During the air show, they were offering rides on her. One of these days, I think I may take them up on one but it is expensive.

The B-17 certainly is a beautiful aircraft.
