I saw that the next ship was making her way up and I had a chance to catch her.
After catching the Sykes passing Port Huron, I decided to head back to Marysville because I saw that the Ojibway would be passing there.
She is one of my favorite boats because she was built in the city I grew up.
She started life as the Charles F. Hutchinson and was built at the Defoe Shipyards in Bay City, Michigan.
I think she's gone through a few name changes before her current name. But she is still a nice looking ship.
She is heading up to Thunder Bay where I think she will pick up grain to come back this way with.
So hopefully I will get a chance to catch her again.
One more shot.
