It was a nice day and I saw that a ship was going to head up the Rouge River. I decided to head over there to catch her.
The Great Lakes Towing tugboat the Pennsylvania. She is one of their newer tugs and they are slowly replacing their older tugs. This tug was completed in 2020. She is currently in Detroit and services the Detroit and St. Clair Rivers.
