Marine City City Hall

I've always been meaning to take a picture of this building and today gave me the chance because I had a little time to kill before my ships would pass by.

 I believe this building is the Marine City City Hall but I don't have a ton of details about it.  I think it is a pretty nice looking building at any rate.

 The rudder from a ship.  Marine City used to be a shipbuilding place in the days of wooden ships.

I believe this is 5" gun.  I'm not sure what it is from though.
