The Toledo Skyline

Toledo was founded in 1833 as part of Michigan and was re-founded in 1837 after the Toledo War (Ohio gained Toledo and Michigan gained the Upper Penninsula, I think Michigan got the better end of the bargain). It stood at the head of a couple of canals and as a result prospered. It's kind of like Detroit in many ways though (and not all of them good).

This is a shot of the Toledo skyline.

A slightly closer shot of that skyline.

The Fifth Third Bank Building.

A better shot of the skyline. It's not a bad skyline for a city of its size.
