A Hawk on State Street

There used to be a hawk that hung around the office but he vanished during the construction.  I've been seeing a hawk in the area but I haven't been able to catch him until today.

 As I was heading back from lunch, I saw him hanging around on the wires.  So I went back into the office to get my camera.  I was hoping he'd still be there when I got back.  To my amazement, he was.  Of course, he took off as I approached.

But he didn't fly too far away.
