And the Ugly Cars

Every year,  I try to pick out what I think is the ugliest car of the show.  It seems like there is a contest to see which company can come up with ugly cars.

 This one was outside the Auto Show.  It was a concept for a sport ute.  I have no idea why they sometimes feel a need to make them look like they are going into combat.

 This one is a concept car, so I don't think it really counts.

 A Toyota Concept car.  I just don't like it.

 A concept SUV by Toyota.  I'm not sure what they were trying for here.

 I don't like these.  The headlights on the hood throw me off.

 Is there some kind of rule that electric cars have to look ugly?

But I think the Smart Car wins hands down.
