I had to help my mom hang some painting in Dexter. It was early enough for me to catch the morning Wolverine as it was passing.
I decided to go over by the train station there because it's by something else that I wanted to get a picture of.
Construction of the Dexter Train Depot was completed in 1886. It was used by the Michigan Central. there were two waiting rooms and a ticket off. Passenger service ended in 1953.
Currently it is used by a model railroad group.
The Dexter Feed Mill was established in 1919 when a group of local farmers formed a Co-op. One of these days I'll have to check the inside.
But I was interested in catching the Wolverine pass.
And I think I got a pretty nice shot out of it.
