Some Odd Things That you See on the River

Sometimes you run across some odd things as you take pictures on the river.

I posted this picture on Facebook jokingly as a jury rigged self unloader.  I think it is actually being used to dredge some of the marinas around the St. Clair River.  It's kind of neat.
