Travelling US-12 - Irish Hills, MI

Irish Hills is an area of land along US-12. It is a pretty beautiful area and so named because of the Irish immigrants that settled there initially. It used to have a number of tourist traps but most of those seem to be either closing or closed. There also seemed to be a few campgrounds and golf courses.

This is a statue of Paul Bunyan at the Stagecoach Stop.

This is one of the storefronts at Stagecoach Stop.

The sign out front.

A railroad car.

The Train Depot of the Dead. I imagine this might open on Halloween.

This place is still open.
