The Algoma Enterprise Passes Belle Isle
As I was leaving the Rouge River, I saw that the next ship was leaving as well. Of course, I didn't know if she was heading north or south.
It turns out that she was heading north. I think she was delivering stone to somewhere on the Rouge River but I'm not sure where she was off to.
At any rate, I think she's a pretty nice looking boat and with the way some of the Algoma boats are getting scrapped, I figure I need to see her.
Sadly, I was shooting into the sun and that doesn't make for the best pictures.
But as she headed upbound, the sun was less of a factor.
Despite being one of the rear deckers, I think she has a pretty nice profile.
And one more shot of her.
