A Civil War Statue

Near the Oliver Hazard Perry statue was a statue dedicated to the Civil War Veterans of Perrysburg and the surrounding area.

 I think the figure on the top is a standard figure because I have seen similar statues elsewhere.

I think I've seen this on other statues as well.  But it was still a pretty neat statue.
