I ended up sticking around the Soo longer than I had planned.
And the Kaye E. Barker was the reason why. She was making her trip to Marquette after delivering taconite to the Rouge River.
Even though I've seen her several times in the past, I can't miss an opportunity to get more pictures of her.
She looks especially lovely set off against the fall colors.
Especially if the light is hitting her just right.

And her crew ensuring that she stays lovely.
And she works her way to the locks.
