It's a Parachute...No,It's a Plane...Really It's a Paraplane

As I was waiting for the Roger Blough, I heard an odd sound in the air.  Of course I looked up because I always look up when there is a sound in the sky.
 That sound was being made by this contraption which is called a motorized parachute or paraplane.  It basically is a special type of ultralight aircraft that uses a parachute instead of wings.
A single seat paraplane apparently does not require a pilot's license but a twin seat does.  Because of its stability, it is considered to be safer than a normal airplane or ultralight though.
