As I said in my last post, I decided to wait around for a ship that I saw was in the neighborhood.
The ship in question was the American Mariner which is owned by American Steamship Company. She has been on this blog before, so I'll spare you the details in this post.
She was launched in 1979 which makes her one of the newer ships. She was also built to the seaway dimensions of 730' long, so theoretically she could make trips through the Welland Canal.
She's actually not a bad looking ship, but I'm still not a fan of the rear-deckers.

She slowly works her way down the River. I believe she was headed to Montreal yesterday.
I just wanted the Windsor casinos in the background.
