A Tug/Barge of a Different Sort

This fits under the category of  "things you see on the river".

 It looks like a landing type craft pushing a barge of some sort.  I think they use this vessel for dredging.

 It looks like something they would jury rig together to say they have a self unloader.

 Anyway, it was on the other side of the river and some of the pictures seemed hazy.

 but I still thought it was pretty neat.
