I Heard a Tapping

Every so often, I will be sitting at my desk at work and then I will hear a frantic tapping at the windows.  So of course, I get up to see what it is.
Turns out that we have a visitor that wants to get in.  Or he sees his reflection and wants it out of his territory.  Either way, it's kind of neat.  I just hope he doesn't break in.

A Witness to a Murder

I got back from lunch with enough time to enjoy the clear skies.  As I was heading out to lunch, I saw the hawk perched in one of the trees and I was hoping that I would catch it after lunch.
I didn't catch the hawk, but I did see a murder.  Well a murder of crows anyway.  I'm not one to normally take pictures of crows but I thought they looked kind of neat.
And it provided me a chance to do a little word play.
As I was watching them fly from tree to tree, I tried to catch one in flight.  Not too bad, I guess.
And then there was a much larger murder.

Witness to a Murder

I don't think that two crows can be called a murder though.
 Maybe attempted murder?
Or negligent homicide?  I guess I've been watching too many cop shows lately.
