And the G.L. Ostrander/Integrity

Next up was kind of a surprise.

I don't usually pay attention to the tug/barges when I see them on Marine Traffic.
They are light blue instead of the green used for freighters and the red used for tankers.
Consquently, I'm suprised when I see one.
I think I've gotten pictures of this one docked though.
She was heading down to the cement plant in Detroit.
She makes the turn for the other part of the channel.
She cuts an interesting angle.
And continues.
the bow shot.
One more shot with my normal camera.
And then I switched to my drone.
She gets a picture with the bridge.
The beam shot.
She continues down the river.
And a stern shot.

The G.L. Ostrander and her Barge

It wasn't long after the Barker passed that I saw the next ship.
That particular ship was the tug G.L. Ostrander and her barge the Integrity.
The pair is on their way to Detroit where she will unload cement.
I'm starting to warm up to these vessels.
An almost shot of her tug.
A better shot of the tug.
And one more shot as she moves on.
