A Drive down Embury Road.

After Deshler, I headed up to Chelsea because I wanted to catch the Wolverines.  In between the two trains, I decided to head down Embury Road.

 I think this may be the first time I've seen a pussy willow flower.  I'm used to just seeing the things that look like cat tails.

 More what I'm used to.

 A Marsh Marigold.  These are just starting to come out.  I'm hoping to see some other flowers soon.

This flower is called hepatica.

Skunk Cabbage and Other Things

So I went down Embury Road for some wildflowers and things.

 Some of the skunk cabbage about ready to pop out.

 Looks like the pussy willows are coming out too.

 And a cattail for a mini-theme.

I think this is where they look the neatest.
