And so, I come to the last of my posts from Sunday. I leave you with a couple of our Coast Guard vessels.
The Hollyhock is finally back at her dock after a pretty busy winter. After she finished breaking ice, she had to go around placing aids to navigation. I think she is similar in style to the Alder which I posted a couple of weeks ago.
I think this is a 47 foot patrol boat. Here she is passing the Herbert C. Jackson.
Another one passing Belle Isle. I think these are actually pretty neat looking boats.
I saw a total of 13 moving ships which I think is a record for me. It was fun.
