The Coleman A Young Building

Construction on this building begain in 1951 and ended in 1954. It was originally named the City County Building because it housed office for both Detroit and Wayne County. It was renamed for Mayor Young after his death. It has 21 floors (including the basement). At one side of it is the famous Spirit of Detroit Statue.

You might be able to notice some damage from a lightning strike it took.
