Ypsilanti Water Tower

I was trying to take a picture of the Water Tower and I wanted to try to "paint" the top surface with a flashlight. Unfortunately, I don't have a bright enough flashlight to get the top.

So then I remembered the statue to the front.

This is under the normal light conditions.

This is way under exposed.

This is shining the light directly at the statue.
