Christmas Time Frankenmuth at Night

Frankenmuth is a town that is approximately 80 miles north of Detroit. It was originally settled by German Immigrants. At somepoint they decided to keep the German flavor of the town and now it is a huge tourist destination.

Christmas time is a very special time there as they light up the town pretty well.

These are some of the lights in River Place.

A manger.

The covered bridge.

Another shot of the covered bridge.

Some of the lights.

Those lights at a different angle.

Another angle of the manger.

A closeup of the holy family.

You can take a horse and carriage ride.

For some reason, I love this shot. The motion that it conveys.
