Signs of Spring

As I was taking my next pictures, I was distracted a bit by a pair of birds.

 Cardinals usually stick around for the winter but it is rare that I get a picture of one.

 This one tried his darndest to insure that he stayed unphotographed.

Normally I would call the first robin I take a picture of the harbinger of spring but I suspect that this is one that decided to stick around for the winter.  It was still cool to see a robin though because I can imagine that spring is coming soon.
