So with all of that out of the way, now for the game.
The opening kickoff. As I said in one of the previous posts, it was pretty windy yesterday. This meant that the teams needed a holder for the kickoffs because the ball kept falling off the tee.
Akron's kickoff returner, Tyler Williams getting tackled as he returns the opening kickoff. If I remember correctly he only made it out to the 18 on this one.
And of course, one of my favorite shots. Since I was sort of in the right position for it, I took it.

The ROTC cannon firing off after that touchdown. This is one of the disadvantages of being down on the field especially when I'm on that side of the field. But it is still cool, although I miss the bell.

Kody Fulkerson kicking a field goal to make the score 17-10 at the halftime. This was kind of unfortunate because it looked like Eastern was going to roll the Zips.
Yesterday was Band Day, so in addition to the Eastern band there were a bunch of bands from local high schools. They formed EMU as they marched.
Dominique White as he was rushing again. It turns out this was a facemask which tacked another 15 yards to the run.
