The Livingstone Lighthouse at Sunset

As I was leaving the island, I had to get some pictures of the Livingstone Lighthouse.

 For some reason, this reminded me of a horror novel.  I guess with the way the bird was shaded, it kind of looks like a graveyard fence.

 While the Livingstone Lighthouse is a memorial, I would hardly compare it to a graveyard.

 The man it is named after developed so many safety devices that it was more a life thing.

 However, it is kind of cool.

 It's even cooler that it's the only marble lighthouse out there.

 A shot as a move on.
