The Sharon MI and Huron Spirit Barge

Next up is a tug and barge.

The Sharon M I was pushing the Huron Spirt.  I think the barge had steel coils in it but I'm not sure.  This type of arrangement is not to be confused with what I usually refer to as a tug/barge.

 When I say tug/barge, I'm referring to what is known as an articulated tug and barge.  The tug is designed to mate with the barge and vice versa.  They are almost like one ship.

This tug could mate with other barges if necessary.
