The Manitoulin Comes Around

I was hoping to catch the next ship from the boat but she was too far downriver.

 Here she is as we are about to dock.  She is somewhere south of Wyandotte.

 I wasn't able to catch up with her until I got on the other side of the Ambassador Bridge, but that's just as well because it was helpful for the next ship.

 This isn't a bad spot for shipwatching but I feel like I need to keep my head on a swivel.

 Even though the Manitoulin has that hideous crane on the front, she's not a bad looking ship.

 She has a pretty nice looking profile.

 And she continues down the river.

But not without passing the subject of one of my upcoming posts.
