A Very Brief Stop at the USS Edson

I had to go up to Bay City for the funeral of my uncle's father in law tonight.  It didn't last too long, so I decided to stop at the Edson afterwords to get pictures of her.  It has been a while since I'd seen her.

 My mom and I were meeting a friend for dinner, so I didn't have a ton of time for pictures, so I took what I could of her.  I actually like this one but I think I would have liked it more had I gotten to a better angle.

I kind of like the ship being obscured by the trees in this shot.  Both of these shots have me convinced that I should make a trip to go up and see her.
