The ship in question is the Herbert C. Jackson.
She is a perfect example of a ship that was built in Michigan.
She is returning from delivering stuff to the Rouge Steel Plant and is heading back up to Marquette. If I'm lucky, I might get to see her again on Monday.
For now, I'll just enjoy her though.
A shot of her pilothouse as she passes under the Blue Water Bridge.
A fuller shot of her.
Another shot of her pilothouse.
The Stars and Stripes flying proudly in the breeze.
