The Federal Rideau Unloading

As I was waiting for my ships to come, I decided to take a picture of a ship at the dock.

I'm not sure if the Federal Rideau was loading or unloading though.  The Federal Rideau is one of several ships owned by Federal Navigation.  She was built in 2000 and can carry 36,000 tons.  I'm not sure where she was coming from but she is registered in the Marshall Islands.
