It is a safety award for the cement plant and I thought it looked pretty cool. My grandpa used to work here (but I'm not sure from when to when). I'm pretty sure he worked there during the time span of these awards though.

Essexville Cement Plant
I have stopped by this Cement plant to take a couple ship pictures. Yesterday as I was heading into town, I thought there was a ship docked at the plant but there wasn't. Anyways, I noticed this sign.

If I were working at a cement plant, that's the kind of monument I would want outside my workplace.
