The tug Wyoming

Next up is another vessel that has appeared on this blog before.
It's funny, when you mention the oldest ships on the Great Lakes, you tend to forget about the tugboats.  After the St Marys Challenger was converted to a barge, the Alpena took the mantle of the oldest freighter on the Lakes, as she was built in 1942.
The tug Wyoming has the Alpena beat by 13 years.  She was built in 1929 and has served on the lakes since then.
She's a hard working vessel and probably still has a few years left in her.
A shot of her with the rear of the Algorail.
