A Pair of Train Engines

My next stop was going to be Clare, but I decided to head through Bay City first.

 There is a train yard just outside of Bay City and usually a few engines there.  This particular engine is owned by the Indiana Southern Railroad, which I believe is one of the many short line railroads this area.

 This appears to be a former Union Pacific engine that is about to be converted.
