The Palmerton Passes Marine City

There were a couple of ships that I was hoping to see on Sunday.

 The Palmerton was one of them because I've never seen her before and from the pictures I've seen posted, she looked pretty neat.  After seeing her in person, I will have to agree with that assessment.

 The Palmerton is a heavy lift ship that was built in China in 2009.

 She is a little over 436 feet long and 75 feet wide.

 She is equipped with two 450 ton cranes and can be used to carry larger cargo.  She can carry a little over 10,000 tons of cargo.

She is currently operated by Combi-Lift out of Bremen, Germany.
