The Federal Mayumi at Anchorage

I decided to head down to Detroit again.  As I was taking some pictures, I noticed that there was a ship in the anchorage.

 So I headed down to the area around Milliken State Park.

 It turns out that the ship in question was the Federal Mayumi.

 She is owned by Federal Navigation and was built in 2012.

I'm not sure what she's waiting for though.
