A Canadian Cessna Flies Over

 I caught this plane as I was waiting for the next vessel.

There is an airport in Windsor that is almost directly across the river from Belle Isle.

I occasionally see planes that are flying from it.

I can tell because it has the "C" registration.  "C" is used for Canadian airplanes.

I think she was just circling the airport.
