One thing nice about stopping at Belanger Park is that there is usually something docked across the river. So even if I miss the ship I am looking for, I will catch something else.
The Eeborg came up from Ashtabula. I think she would have unloaded something there.
I think she is loading grain here and getting ready to head back to whatever overseas port she is going to.
The Salties only have a couple more weeks to pick up whatever loads they are going to pick up in the Great Lakes.
The Welland Canal closes at midnight on December 31st. Whatever saltie is still on the Great Lakes is stuck until March.
